Pawnbrokers
Pawnbrokers register with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), not the Department of Revenue. Its registration guide gives ORI FL922060Z for the LiveScan operator.

Bring a valid photo ID and your ORI. When you book, choose “Dept of Revenue Fingerprinting” for any of these registrations, including pawnbrokers.
