DBPR’s ORI numbers
DBPR publishes a separate ORI for each profession. Real estate sales and brokers: FL920010Z. Real estate appraisers: FL922050Z. Construction: FL923400Z. Community association managers: FL921932Z. Alcoholic beverages and tobacco: FL920150Z. Home inspectors: FL924250Z.
Prints can’t be shared between professions, so each license needs its own submission under its own ORI. A missing or wrong ORI means DBPR never receives your results.
At your appointment
DBPR asks you to bring two forms of ID, one with your photo and signature, such as a driver’s license or passport. Ask us for a receipt and include a copy with your license application.
After your appointment
DBPR retrieves your results from FDLE, usually within a few days. FDLE keeps the prints for only 180 days, so apply and get fingerprinted close together.
If your prints are rejected, DBPR will send a letter with your TCN and TCR numbers. Bring it back to us for the re-roll.
