At your appointment
Bring a valid photo ID and the completed MacData form from your packet. Your application also has a background authorization that must be signed in front of a notary. That’s part of your application, separate from your fingerprints.
After your appointment
Your prints go to FDLE and the FBI under the college’s ORI, so the results go to Daytona State’s Criminal Justice Department, not to you or to us.
